Chris Snudden is the Lead Adviser/Manager of Education Standards and Assessment and Norfolk's Virtual School Head.
She leads on the strategic collation of data and intelligence to identify schools requiring improvement, support for raising standards, improving attendance and organisation and outcomes for Early Years and Children in Care.
The Virtual School Head is responsible for the overall management and development of the school and has statutory duties in relation to the education of the pupils within the school.

Claire works in mainstream schools with individual children and groups of pupils who are looked after on educational programmes to raise their levels of attainment.
Gill is one of 5 Specialist Support Assistants who work in mainstream schools with individual children and groups of pupils who are looked after on educational programmes to raise their levels of attainment.
Jane has a remit for linking the Virtual School with Health partners, including child and adolescent mental health teams (CAMHS) and the LAC nursing team; and the Healthy Norfolk Schools programme.
She has responsibility for the annual Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) data gathering exercise, in order to ensure the statutory requirement of an annual measure of the emotional and behavioural health of all looked after children is met.
Jane can provide training to schools, early years settings and alternative provisions on the effects of Attachment on learning and development. Joint training for Social Workers and Designated Teachers is also available. She is currently piloting a Solihull Approach Course designed for foster carers with another Educational Psychologist colleague.
Jane contributes to supporting the needs of looked after children placed in Norfolk by other authorities by providing psychological advice and assessments where required.
